We are a limited production winery. We prioritize our club members and reserve their minimum membership quantities before allocating to other parties.

We will notify you ahead of release, so you can place additional orders beyond your already allotted club membership shipments, if you wish. This way you can secure additional quantities before we offer them to others.

Club Membership includes two annual shipments (Spring and Fall) of either 6 (half case), or 12 bottles (full case) per shipment, depending on your membership choice.

We will usually send 2/3 Tempranillo versus 1/3 Verdejo, unless you direct us otherwise. Just email us at wineclub@vinaloriente.com 30 days prior to shipping date and let us know what you prefer.

The cost of each shipment includes the price of the wine, less your membership discount, plus packaging, shipping, and the appropriate sales tax when applicable. Your credit card will be charged just prior to each shipment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, SHOP and Apple Pay.

We will ship your order via Golden State Overnight (GSO) or UPS, weather permitting, on a predetermined scheduled ship date for Wine Club members, or the Monday after your order is placed. Shipment requires adult (21+) signature upon delivery. Please make sure to keep us updated of any address changes, including phone number and email address. There will be a Service Fee for undeliverable packages, returned packages, and re-routes. If the wines are delivered and then need to be returned, the freight charge will be the responsibility of the customer.

Because of the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to most states but not all. If Vina Loriente is unable to ship directly to your state, we can arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted.

We always aim to ship our wines during mild weather conditions (under 80 degrees). Orders requested to be shipped outside those safe conditions are shipped at buyer’s risk and are not valid for return or replacement if damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment.

Your satisfaction is our goal. All our bottles are serial numbered and we quality control periodically. We take great care to store our wines at optimum conditions and to ship under safe temperatures. If, however, you feel you opened a flawed bottle, please do not dispose of it, just recork it and contact us. We can work to replace or refund for the purchase price. If your product is damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately, and we will file a claim with the shipping company, as well as replace your damaged bottles.

By signing up for a wine club membership, you authorize us to charge your credit card for two annual shipments (shipment requires adult(21+) signature upon delivery).

You may cancel your membership any time after a year, or two wine club shipments. Cancellations must happen a minimum of 30 days before the next shipment. If you receive fewer than two shipments, you may be billed for the difference between the full cost and club cost of the wines already purchased.

Yes. Even though we have a very limited amount of estate grown, premium olive oil available, we may be able to allocate some of it to our wine club members. Just email us at wineclub@vinaloriente.com
