2017 TEMPRANILLO
Our 2017 Tempranillo is a full-bodied red with aromatic notes of fig, leather, and tobacco. Amidst its deep, rich texture of soft tannins, it has a fresh mouthfeel with a touch of acidity on the palate.
Over time it continues to express new characteristics including dark chocolate and aged oak, both in its aromatics and flavor. Our Tempranillo goes beautifully with roasted lamb or suckling pig, braised beef, aged/ripened cheese, or try it with a traditional Spanish paella.

2018 VERDEJO
Our 2018 Verdejo is a medium bodied, fresh and versatile white wine with subtle but complex aromas of ripe pear and apple.
Upon tasting, the flavors turn savory with hints of grass, fennel and toasted almonds.
The mouthfeel is rich and full, not unlike a well-aged white burgundy, which is enhanced by malolactic fermentation in neutral oak barrels.
As the wine warms to room temperature, the savory elements linger in the back of the tongue and cheeks until the next sip.
Best served with soft cheese, or paired with fish and shellfish, pork, chicken, white asparagus or salads. It also goes extraordinarily well with spicy food.
