olive oil
Following another Mediterranean tradition, we combined vines and olive trees on our estate. These two crops have always got along well!
Viña Loriente has about ninety olive trees of the Spanish Manzanilla Variety. They produce small quantities of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, aka AOVE (Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra) in Spanish chefs' parlance.
Sweet and aromatic, this olive variety's oil is also very rich in tyrosol, a powerful polyphenolic antioxidant.
Specially recommended for all Mediterranean dishes, salads and raw foods; drizzle it on hot vegetable purees, use in gazpacho, or simply enjoy it - as part of a good Spanish breakfast - on toast.

At Viña Loriente we also produce brined olives in the Andalusian tradition and flavors, such as:
- - Marinated in lemon, garlic, and herbs.
- - Marinated in vinegar, onion, pimientos and herbs.
- - Or just olives "al natural".
We'll be delighted to share our homemade Spanish tapas recipes with you. Of course, to be coocked with our olive oil.
